Website privacy statement

• Contact form. If you use the contact form on our Contact page, we collect your first name, the phone number or email address you give, the services you tick and the topic you choose, and email them to the front desk so we can call or email you back. Our email delivery service, Resend, stores a copy in the United States for 30 days, and the front desk deletes each request email 90 days after it arrives, whether or not it has been answered. Please do not include health information. There is no online booking; to book, you call us or ask in the form.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages securely. It is not used to identify you.
• Analytics, only with your consent. If you turn on analytics, Google Analytics records which pages are visited and whether the phone number or directions link was tapped. It does not receive your name, contact details, or anything about your health, and page addresses are recorded without any search terms you typed.
• Advertising measurement, only with your consent. If you arrive from one of our Google ads and turn on advertising measurement, the phone number on the page may be shown as a Google forwarding number, so we can tell which ads lead to calls. Google records that a call happened, its length and the caller's area code; it does not receive your name, contact details or anything about your health. We never send contact details to Google for ad matching, and we do not use advertising that follows you to other websites.

If you call or email us, we use your details to respond and to book your care. Please do not send health details by email; we will discuss them by phone or in person.
