Where we are
We are next to London Drugs and FreshCo in Brentwood Village Shopping Centre, at the corner of Crowchild Trail and Brentwood Road NW, across from the University of Calgary.
Driving. Use Get directions for turn-by-turn directions to our address from Google Maps. Parking is free in the Brentwood Village lot for the first few hours: register your vehicle at our front desk when you arrive and our staff will help.
Transit. Brentwood CTrain station (Red Line) is a two-minute walk across the pedestrian bridge from the mall. Plan your trip on Calgary Transit.
Accessibility. Tell us when you book if you need extra time or assistance.
Serving NW Calgary
Patients come to us from Brentwood, Varsity, Dalhousie, Charleswood, Collingwood, University Heights, Capitol Hill, Banff Trail, Hillhurst, Kensington, Silver Springs, Crowfoot, Montgomery and Bowness, as well as University of Calgary students and staff and the Foothills Medical Centre area. If you are coming from further afield, we are a short drive from Crowchild Trail, Shaganappi Trail and 16 Avenue NW.
Before your first visit
Bring your benefits card, photo ID, and your claim number if your visit relates to a car accident or workplace injury. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a short intake form at the clinic.
